We used to be able to search on keywords for images but that no longer works accurately. Can that be fixed?

Example 1:
-Click on the Images link (tab) at the top of the page
-Enter a search phrase for an image
-It does not display a complete listing of matches

Example 2:
-Open any Album
-View All Images
-Enter a search phrase for an image
-It does not display a complete listing of matches - and sometimes it does not list any matches at all, even though there are images in the album with keywords that match
