Home PC, Windows 10, Internet Explorer.
Laptop, Windows 10, Internet Explorer.

I couldn't save this to the Forum using my Laptop either - could be the laptop build?

Same thing with me, both on my smartphone and my Apple computer. Why is this???

Can someone who is having trouble with staying logged in post a screenshot of your cookie settings and the cookies you have saved for http://www.summitpost.org? It shoud look like this:

I suspect that perhaps, especially for the people in the EU with the GDPR restrictions, that those who are having trouble staying logged in aren't accepting all of the cookies for the site.

My cookie settings are identical. And the same goes for LukZem's--I know as I got those screenshots from him by email (we don't know how to place them here, but they do look the same as yours above).

OK, good, that's one thing down (as long as you are accepting cookies, things should work). What about the saved cookies for summitpost.org? If you can't post photos here, send them to matt@flytrapcare.com or webmaster@summitpost.org so I can take a look.

Have you tried removing all summitpost.org cookies and then logging in again?

Problems with my smartphone keep on. I have removed cookies and done the log-in again, but i can stay logged-in only in the first page. Consequently I cannot be operative with feauturing pages, votes etc. etc. when I'm not at home on my PC.

I too have deleted the Summitpost cookies on my home pc.... still have the same problems.

FYI - I will be away for 2 weeks so will not be available (I'm not ignoring anyone!) but will pick this up when I return. Thanks. - Mike

This seems to be a problem largely affecting people in the EU (is anyone in the US having problems?), which would go along with the theory that it is related to the recent GDPR changes.

My guess is still that in some way or another, one or more cookies from SummitPost aren't being accepted or they are expiring more quickly than they should. I'll try to find some time to connect to a VPN or something to simulate logging into the site from the EU.

Got a really strange one here. Last 2 times I posted a photo, the caption space would not accept a lower case k or m so I made it upper case and that worked. ???

That is a weird one. Other people have reported certain letters not being accepted when working in the new editor. I know that the editor has released some updates and I need to implement those here. Hopefully they will fix some of these issues.

Here is another bug. I've verified this happens in different browsers and on different person's computers, so I believe it is a website problem.

The page was last edited on June 15 to reformat it due to the ad placement and center box width changes and it worked fine after that.

The page contains java script to do calculations. Now when Calculate is pressed the page refreshes thus blanking out the boxes, including the results boxes, which obviously makes using the feature useless if you can't see the results. It did not do that before. Is there an explanation for this? The page should not refresh after pressing Calculate.

This is the page in question:

It seems so, but why on earth does this problem affect only some people living in the EU (or in the same EU country)?
