However, there is a downside. For instance, today the site was totally down for several hours (4+). During that which SP did it's new caching trick and the result is...
Broken for 24 hours!
Now every member and non-member alike who visits SP without logging, gets an error message and blank page. Which equates to thousands of lost hits, frustrated people and head-scratching along with the question "what in tarnation is wrong with Summitpost today? Those guys must be asleep on the job".
