Pyramid Peak (Desolation) via Lyons Creek/West Ridge
Posted: Sat Sep 28, 2024 4:27 amI am planning a summit of Pyramid Peak (Desolation) via Lyons Creek trail on Sunday (9/29). Start @ 6:45am. Let me know if you'd like to join! Possibly via a slightly simpler approach where we split off from Lyons Creek trail southeast of the ridge and bypass Lake Sylvia. This allows a more gradual traverse to the West Ridge and then to the summit. 12.2 miles w/ 3,346 ft. elevation gain.
