Looking for a partner early October

Hi, I'm working towards ticking off 12 of the 50 classics. No reason why I am aiming for 12, it's entirely arbitrary.

I notice that Charlotte Dome's south face was first climbed in October, so I thought that as we are driving down from Canada for a family visit to California about then that I would try to find a partner and give it a shot. If it's rained or snowed out I am happy climbing whatever, wherever.

I have a pretty good amount of alpine rock and mountaineering experience of which I am happy to provide photographic proof, including Canada (Coast Range and Rockies), Alaska, Greenland, New Zealand, the Himalayas, Scandinavia, South America and the European Alps. Lots of rock mileage around the UK, Europe, Australia, North America etc, and lots of winter routes in Scotland, NZ and Europe. Routes include classic mixed routes such as the north face of the Petit Drus in the Mont Blanc Massif, alpine rock routes like the Cassin on the Piz Badile, East Ridge of Mount Cook in winter (NZ), classic sufferfest snow plod Denali's west buttress on skis, and a great deal more. In the last couple of years we have ticked off the North west ridge of Mt Sir Donald and the south west ridge on bugaboo spire, and down California way I particularly loved the regular route on Fairview dome......... did I ever enjoy a route more? I don't think I did.

As a 41 year old daddy of 2 small kids safety is of paramount importance to me. I have never found a partner online before and extremely cautious in doing so. If anyone is interested and wishes to discuss things, I would be happy to provide a detailed alpine and expedition history and would ask that you reply with the same.

I am happy to use my ropes and rack, and also to provide transport from and back to the Bay area. I can be relatively flexible around dates within the first two weeks of October.
