Start A Collective In Chamonix

I'm planning to start a collective for climbers in Chamonix in the beginning of the next season (oct/nov -15).
The plan is to rent an apartment for 3-4 persons and live there for six months or so. Take some easy work and climb as much as possible.
I'm a 20 year old guy from Sweden. Still, I'm on an amateur level, but want to really develop my climbing skills and meet some new excited climbing partners.
