Always look forward to the road opening...Any one ever get to the gate when the hot cinammin rolls are offered on opening day? What is that lady's name from Marblemount that does that?

Great picture, thanks for posting. I see her cafe in Marblemount, but never have got there at the right time. Maybe this year...

Looks like April 16! Don't think I'll get in on those rolls this year.

You can still get in on the cinnamon rolls at The Eatery in Marblemount. Mmmm, almost as good as Carol's rolls at the old Carol's Coffee Cup in Demming on the Mount Baker Hwy.

Changing thread to food...I've had a few from the old Carols on Mt Baker. They had great pictures of the trees from years ago that are now only found on film. Old growth forests must have been amazing. Well, I've happy a good cinamon roll can still be found in the Pacific Northwest. Maybe a new page on rolls could be started...some how connect to climbing???
