Excursions From Negril?

I need some suggestions on the best excursions from Negril. We are only staying 7 days, so we only want to do 2 at the most. Which is more worth the time, Mayfield Falls or YS falls? And is the Black River Safari good? Also, which tour operators are the best?

I do not know much about the excursions but if you like cliff jumping you should find out where the pickled parrot use to be. I know the actual bar closed years ago but it's about 30' cliffs. There is a cove with a pillar in the center and steps carved up through that pillar. Definitly a great place to hang out when your just bumin around the city.
