Iso-butane canisters in Ecuador?

Couldn't get them at any of the climbing stores, finally found them at a general sports store. It was in the same touristy area as most of the climbing stores, I believe it was on Avenida 12 de OCtubre (though it might have been 6 de Dicembre). This was a year ago, maybe someone will have more up to date information.
