Skiing Altun Mountain in early May
Posted: Sat Mar 22, 2008 12:41 pmI am thinking of climbing/skiing the Altun Mountain in Gansu Province of China in early May with touring gears. Has anyone skied in Gansu (in the Qilian Range) at that time of the year? I don't want to end up on broiler plate ice.
