It was awsome. Getting down to the base of the climbs we had to break trail though thigh deep snow. Led a really fun 5.4 crack on Queens Thrown (first time leading in boots give me a break). To top out on the route had to deal with 2.5 feet of snow. Had to be pretty careful on top of the routes also as the larger gaps in the rocks were filled in with snow making little "crevasses". It was a lot of fun.

Several of us have been working up a page for the Ozarks:

I think it's ready for prime time now. There are still gaps -- let us know if you'd like to contribute.

Posted a new route page for the Charon's Garden Trail in Oklahoma's Wichita Mountains.

The route page was created to accompany the newly revamped Mount Lincoln page, which was recently stripped of all its information by its former owner.

Yeah, I saw that on the news. My first thought; if we can get 24 SPers to cough up $100K ea, we can have an official SP hangout in Chicago. You know, so we have some place to go after a long day of climbing.

Thanks. We're still thin on rock climbing if you'd like to join the project.

I've only been down to the Ozarks once. I don't know the area well enough to contribute right now but if I have something to add in the future, I definitely will.
