Hi all, I want to escape the clouds of the north for the weekend and climb something. Any advice for Brenta, southern Ortler, Gardasee, Val Gardena, etc.? I'd love to find a partner who wants to climb glacier or rock, but solo suggestions would be awesome too.

I guess the ideal is something far south enough that there is some sun, not too high because maybe the tops are in clouds, and maybe south facing slopes are better. Thanks for any ideas!
