Hoping to do the East Butt of Whitney this summer.
I can't find a permit application for that.
Can anyone provide some insight on the red tape to have a go at this route?

Actually, you'll need one of each for more convincing results. Pulling out a full bag when you're being checked as you arrive at Trail Camp might look a bit odd...
