East Fury to Challenger traverse
A brutal 28.5-hour day from Ross Dam, up Access Creek and down Eiley Ridge. It would be much easier to exit to via Whatcom and Hannegan Passes. Trip report.

in and out easy ridge. successful on challenger and Luna, bailed on Fury. We will return!

West Mcmillan
I had heard of the pickets, seen pictures, so I knew I had to check them out. Did what I think most would consider the easiest intro to the pickets, West Mcmillan spire. It was a three day trip with a group, summit on the second day. Perfect weather, and I do mean perfect. Views at sunrise and sunset from terror basin were gorgeous. The mountain itself was not bad, although the loose rock on the final ridge surprised, and was probably the most dangerous part.
I look forward to taking a shot at some other mountains in the picket range as I gain the needed skill.
