Holy Pigeons ??Sarah, have you ever been to Rome, Italy?
On the majority of Rome's cathedrals and
buildings, you will see hundreds of pigeons.
What that means, I have no idea, but perhaps
pigeons are attracted to beautiful landmarks.
Were they interfering with your wilderness
experience by making lots of noise???

Re: Holy Pigeons ??Nope, never been to Italy. They were making some noise, but nothing too obnoxious. It was their crap all over the rock that was more annoying. I put my hand in it once... yuck!

to transform "pigeon poop" to a renewable
bio-fuel, we could all save at the pump when
visiting that awesome crag or snow-capped
mountain. Nice photo, anyway.

My father used to take care of passenger
pigeons. (Of course, that was before cell
phones, computers and "Transformer" movies
came along!)
