canyons list

Nice job on Pikes Peak region also! I haven't taken time to read all of it yet but the canyons list is amazing.

Now THAT is what I call a range page! Very nice job.

Thanks guys! I actually learned a lot from putting this page together. Mostly about the more obscure canyons in the area.

"highest visible portion of the Pikes Peak batholith"

So does this mean that there's a higher invisible portion of the Pikes batholith? ;)

Nice work on this page!

Liked it!

Liked how you broke out Easy, Moderate, Hard...only get to CO once a year and have very little time. Nice to know what's doable in a couple of hours

Post-Fire Update

According to the Colorado Springs Parks & Rec page, the Waldo Canyon and Williams Canyon hiking areas are closed indefinitely after the Waldo Canyon Fire. Who knows how long "indefinitely" may actually be, but it will take time for these canyon areas to revegetate. Perhaps it would be a good idea to update the page to reflect these new restrictions?
