Pilot Mountain
Pilot Mountain
I was visiting my sister in Charlotte, NC and asked if she and her husband would take me to Pilot Mountain with the intent to climb it. I found out when I got there, that it is off limits to climbers due to it being a protected area for nesting Ravens. Still it was fun to hike around it and and try to figure where a weakness in the cliffs surrounding it might be.
