This was supposed to be a PD- climb, but that is wrong rating. It is at least a PD+ and the steep slopes/ridge can be very dangerous when in icy conditions. Fixing 600 metres of rope is recommended.

Many people have died on this mountain, including an entire team of 11 persons from a German expedition (1994). They slid on the steep slopes and fell to their deaths. The second worst climbing accident in Nepal ever.
