Description

I've just moved to DC from Santa Cruz and Sydney. Looking to climb, bike, mountaineer and anything else that leaps to mind. I'm especially keen to build up my trad skills --- only done a few leads and am down to do more. But I'm into it all, from a day at the local crag to a trip up to NH.
So if your in the mid-atlantic and looking to get out, hit me up.

	Welcome to the East Coast, sorry about the lack of easily accessible climbing and surfing. That said, I'm in the DC area for the next couple of months and am up for some trad climbing if you're available. The closest area is Sugarloaf Mtn in Maryland. It's all short single pitch climbing, but good practice for longer trad routes. I have gear and can drive. PM me if you're interested.

	Local climbs include Carter rock and Great Falls. There aren't any bolted climbs in the area, at least not unless you're a wicked good climber. I just summitted Mt. Washington (NH) on 12/27/07. Beautiful. I've never done trad climbing, though I've done bolted climbs a bunch of times. I'd love to go trad climbing with you. I need someone who knows what they're doing take me under their wing to make sure I'm doing it right. That would be awesome. -Dave

	Hey, I am located near Annapolis, lookin to do some climbing/hiking this fall in DC or out in WV. Advanced beginner in rock climbing, pretty experienced in high altitude mountaineering and backpacking. Lemme know what you are up to.
