Anyone got pointers on how to hook-up (platonically, at least at first! haha) with ice training mentors in the Denver/Boulder area? I'm older (47). My BONES CREAK! And don't get me started on my gout and rheumatism! Any sage advice would be most appreciated, as far as how to get going. As sinister as that sounds!
