I'm looking for a local Mountaineering partner(s) to hit the hills this winter! Day or Weekend road trips to the Catskills, 'Daks, and Whites - ultimately, I'd like to give Mount Washington a go. I have no true winter mountaineering experience so no technical climbs at first unless you are experienced and willing to teach me. I have lots of backpacking experience, thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2010 in 160 days and have lots of winter backpacking experience. I'm really looking to build my climbing resume and gain experience this winter and looking for a partner in the process!
