Hey everyone...

My name is David Holmberg and I'm a freshman at CSU in Fort Collins, CO. I grew up really interested in the mountains although my experiences were limited to weeklong summer family vacations including a few 14ers. I just moved here at the start of the semester but fractured my ankle the second week I was in town so haven't been able to take advantage of living so close to the mountains. But now my ankle is healed and I'm ready for some adventure!

Although my experience level only stretches as far as summer 14er routes including limited Class 3 climbing (think Longs Peak) I am ready to learn!

For this winter my goals are to go snowshoeing quite a bit, tackle a few winter 14er ascents, try back country skiing, and grow a lot as a climber an outdoorsman.

If anyone has plans and wouldn't mind another partner or is looking for a partner please let me know. This includes any of the above activities and even indoor rock climbing around Fort Collins. I'm available on weekends and any Monday or Friday.
