Ruka (www. ruka.fi) is perhaps the best place in the world for Nordic skiing mainly due to hundreds of kilometers of well groomed trails for skating style.

I've already been there twice and had to skip the previous year so this time I'm planning to take 2 weeks: during 15-29 March 2014. Nordic skiing is deemed the best aerobic training for climbers. In addition to that, we are planning to take 1-2 outings to climb the nearby Kourouma waterfalls.

I've booked 3 cottages for my friends and we still have one free bed during the week of 22-29 March.
