Hey folks,
i'll be in Peru from mid june to late july this year. I definitely want to climb Nevado Coropuna. Knowing that it is not a technical or otherwise too difficult mountain, i still think it'd be good to not go alone. Answers from anyone who's up for it or has tips/ knows a decent guide/organization in Arequipa are very welcome. I'm also open for other peaks.
I already have high altitude experience (Mt. Elbrus) and naturally, i have been on the one or other peak in the Alps since they are in front of my door. Also, i used to do rock climbing, so the skills are there.

I will be traveling to Peru (Bolivia?) for some mountaineering this summer 2008. I am looking to focus my climbs near the boarder of Peru/Bolivia. Please contact me and lets see if our plans coincide.
