Fantastic coast  Sucess!

Magical spring day walking the beach. Nobody else there... despite the crowd at the lighthouse. Would go back someday for Point Reyes Hill, at least.

Spectacular...every...step!  Sucess!

Did the out and back hike along the coastline to Tomales Point (9.84 miles round trip). Very few elk, although I'm told there's usually hundreds. Went early, beat the crowds and saw some of the prettiest coastline on the planet.

Postcard Fodder  Sucess!

I hope to return some day; it's been too long. I have hiked up Mt. Wittenberg and Pt. Reyes Hill a few times, hiked to Tomales Point, kayaked on the bay, etc. It is beautiful and also convenient to wine country...

Wildcat  Sucess!

Great 2 day there and back again with family. From Palomarin trailhead to the Wildcat campground. Beware of the poison oak everywhere! Highlights: swimming in Bass Lake and walking barefoot along the beach.
