Long summit day  Sucess!

This approach requires a longer summit day, but spending all that time crossing Dinwoody Glacier was beautiful. A very popular route.

gooseneck via titcomb basin  Sucess!

A pretty big snow season made the approach from Elkhart Park hard, but we had great weather and enough time. The bergshrund was completely covered and the summit ridge was amazing. It is quite the mountain, very impressive!

Gorgeous approach  Sucess!

Such a beautiful route...well worth a return trip even without a climb of Gannett.

A Fun Dayhike  Sucess!

I had a twisted plan to hike this peak in less than 24 hrs RT from the Pole Creek Trailhead and on August 21st I carried out this plan with my friend Joel Wilson. We started out extremely sleep deprived, which slowed us down, but we still managed to complete the hike in 23:36! See our trip report for more info and photos.
