Solid loop train, excellent view at summit.
Enjoyed a relatively early start with mostly fisherman from the lake area and then a healthy stint on the AT before looping back around on the main park road for two miles. Definitely got hot in the afternoon, after most of the incline gain. Would totally come back here.

Done it a number of times on various circuit hikes; usually ended up with a swim in Fuller Lake followed by dinner at General Pickett's buffet in Gettysburg.

Along the AT
Started at Fuller Lake and took the AT up. Looped around Laurel to finish back at Fuller Lake. A nice day to be out with my wife.
I was young when I did this and found it extremely fun. Saw a rattle snake at the top and had a good view of the lake as well. I have done this hike around 3 or 4 times total.
Again, beautiful scenery, just like the rest of the area. Amazing views from the top of the Steeple. The shorter (eastern?) point is bolted at the top. Awfully windy up there today, but totally worth it!

Went solo. Classify this one as a 'nice walk' Looks like the crag would be fun for top rope or trad. Very clear evening. nice views. nice breeze. Time from the parking area to the summit: 20 minutes 30 seconds. observed only 4 other humans in the area. two at the summit that left after i arrived and two on the way up while i was on the way down. peaceful head clearing place. good vibes. mostly clean - not to much trash.

Climbed with four others on a very cold and windy day until noon. Crystal clear though and a wonderful day with my friends as well as my new digi camera!

Our cross-country coach took the entire team up the mountain. Gotta say it was a pretty nice view. I didn't know that Pole Steeple was what I climbed until this site was put onto SP, but I am pretty sure this was the mountain we climbed.

Nice view after a ~half mile detour from the Trail. View is good but not as good as Mt. Minsi or the Pinnacle. A nice vista after two days of slogging through rocks and mud. Beautiful day!

Beautiful walk upWe climbed this in the fall of 2008. It's got a great walk up which we did with the kids and we did some scrambling on the face. Everybody had fun
