Re: wowright now my body feels used Liba, I have a herniated disc....knew it was no doubt coming, but wow, that can be crippling for a day....and quite sore after, any free advice appreciated, already been to a surgeon....January for sure! You two should come over here for some sun first....cheers

Re: wowTry acupuncture... I believe in it more than in some orthopedic surgeons knife. It is harmless, and may do wonder if there is a good acupuncturist in the area.

Re: wowwell I figured out I can run and do weights without aggravating it again too much....might have been caused by all the belays I give and cocking my neck back so much...clearly in the neck, between 4 and 5....will take your advise....don't believe in chiropractors, but have done acupuncture before...thanks Liba
