I realize that this is a work in progress but there is already lots of work put in here. I will be interested in seeing it complete with some images. Good work you are doing. Cheers William
Bravo, Gangolf! Great, great page again!
Thanks for the vote and the correction. Somehow I always had the impression it had been Karavanke. Could have mentioned Sardinia - but I did this exactly to come off this drug. At least for some short time ;-)
I'm constantly amazed to find such incredible information on a free website! Thanks Gangolf.
Yes, we are becoming a new, non-profit oriented society :)
Thanks for the vote! Amazed? It goes like this: grab a glass of wine (maybe two), a map all your books, have a look at the map and do a list of the mountains you see. Now suck a little on your thumb, eh voilà - the overview sections. And now starts the part that always amazes me - do some research using google, list it, done.
What am I amazed about? Look at this page. Also free and listing all alpine huts and refuges with their respective quotes on the web (SP's in there, too). Never mind it's in German, you'll get by.
It just takes a little patience. But for me it's fun
uh oh :))
at least :)))
Great work again Gangolf!
Thanks Tim! Have a nice weekend! Even here the sun is shining (??!!??)
Thanks Marco. I had forgotten about the map, otherwise I would have told you ;-)
Have a nice weekend
Thanks for the great overview!!
Thanks, no problem. It's fun to do these kind of overviews.
Are you ready to come back to new Sardegna pages? ( only single names, even if incomprehensible ;-)) )
No, internet was down for the last two days :-( Thanks for the vote!
Thanks a lot!
really a great page! But a little overview map would be useful.
Thanks. I already thought of doing a schematic map but so far lack the appropriate programs :-(
Finally I'm done with the map for the Prags Dolomites. Have a look, but please don't complain that it is so full! It was quite difficult to get all the info on there . You might also want to look at the Sexten Dolomites page where I have included maps for each subgroup.
I was in the area a few years ago; very nice place, and very good job!!!
