Part of a 4 day (7/1-4) scramble trip.
There's a better slope to gain the ridge above Dot Lakes. Just walk further away on the ridge to reach the lowest point. It's a bit longer, but much safer. I was able to go up and down.

4 Bulgers in one day
Climbed on a traverse including Osceola, Carru, Lago and Ptarmigan in one day from camp below Freds Lake. 10,500 feet of gain for all 4 peaks!
A 3 day trip with Heather. We did 27 miles the first day and failed in our attempt to access Lake and Monument from the north side gully on the second day. Ptarmigan was my 57th Bulger Peak. Read more about it in my trip report.
