This page is a borderline 4 star page. I would suggest adding some to your overview and a signature photo. Other than that I like the page.

I miss surfing in Hawaii! (No I didn't do North Shore or Makakha!!) (Wakiki and and a western shore army camp in Oahu!)

A good page, but needs driving directions to the trailhead. After those are added, I will vote the page 4-stars.

A little more info would help.

very useful

Thank you for entirely re-writing this page. The previous version created by the first author was inadequate and as far as I remember inacurate. I haven't attempted this hike mostly due to lack of information.

Re: very useful

This turned out to be a great hike! Even though I did it in driving rain with 30' visibility, I especially enjoyed the traverse from K2 to K1. This is now my favorite hike on Oahu. Thanks for making it possible for me!

Re: very useful

Glad you enjoyed it, it is truly an amazing place, and I too particularly enjoy that traverse. That traverse really opened my eyes even further to the diversity of plants in the region and definitely boosted my interest in botany etc. This is a special place.

Directions

There's a few different ways to hike it but here's the ridge. Parking is in there too!
