Training
Did this as part of a training hike, first up Cowles Mountain via the steep fire road then over to Pyles Peak. Good workout and nice solitude at this peak.

Nice two hour jaunt with p1380+ thrown in for good measure. I like the solitude once you pass Cowles.

Cowles to Pyles
18 min from the Golfcrest T/H to Cowles summit. Then, 16 min of trail running to Pyles summit. Wow....literally over 50+ people on the Golfcrest trail for a Wed afternoon.
