West summit 3769m is climbed very often because of cablecar access from La Grave (north)
I do not think that re-ascent is more than 30m
East summit 3809m requires 4 to 5 hours walk to "La Selle" hut (south west) and a big day for proper ascent and back. Could be tricky depending on snow (ice) conditions
