Brilliant fireweed contrasts nicely with grays and greens of trees and foliage in a four year old burn area of Glacier National Park.

Thanks for your comments. My wife and I spent our 20th anniversary in GNP. The burn areas are wonderful places to visit during the soft evening light hours. Seems like you can point the camera in most any direction and find interest. Best regards.

Great colourful imagery...

You have the most colourful images I have seen ! They almost look surrealistic ... Great inspiration for a person like me experimenting with different image enhancement techniques... All I now need is colourful pseudo 3D with some vivid background colours jumping off the edge !

Although most people teld to prefer a certain richness in colours that avoid the starkness to observe in restricted colour mode which despite the vivid colours doesn't faithfully reproduce what reality has to offer...

Mind you, in terms of new trends take a look at what is gradually being implemented with street signs which now implement large electroluminescent (LED)diodes permitting vivid moving images and moving 3D gimmickry
