Red Mountain Lookout
The fire lookout building located atop Red Mountain in Skamania County, Washington.
This summit has vast 360-degree views, an ideal location for a fire lookout. Multiple volcanoes (including Hood, Saint Helens, Adams, and Rainier) can also be seen from the summit of this peak.
Red Mountain has an appropriate name, too, as much of the rock on the upper slopes is reddish-colored.
