Yeah, this is just the fourth twin of American Fork Twin Peaks, but it's still a great place!
First time Sep 8 2007 w/ Wasatch Mountain Club as part of Bullion Divide. Wonderful day.
Second time May 17 2009, skied off Red Top down the west face, aka the Tri-Chutes, in shorts and short sleeves. Skinned up from White Pine, passing under the Birthday Chutes and up the northwest ridge.
A shoulder of the Twins. Combined Red Baldy and the Twins.
I climbed this peak while doing the Bullion Divide, but I've always known the peak as Red Stack rather than Red Top.
It's a big red mountain.
Great views all around - could see Timp & Nebo plus the Salt Lake Valley was crystal clear.
Ate lunch on the top as part of the Bullion Divide climb
Always climbed while passing through the area in search of something else :-) great views from the top.
Did it as part of doing all 3 American Fork Twin Peaks. Amazing day! Absolutely gorgeous!
Summited 3 times. First time from White Pine it was the destination, awsome views. 2nd time from Gad Valley, third in route to the Twins.
Always in passing to something bigger and better.
I’ve climbed Red Top several times while traversing the Bullion Divide.
Climbed several times on the way to American Fork Twin Peaks.
8/16/2008 - Climbed as part of Bullion Divide with Jareds and friends.
