Returning from the Dome in February
Contrast this with all the other (much snowier) pictures of winter hikes to Clingman's Dome. Winter weather in the Smokies is completely unpredictable: you might find two feet of snow on the trail, or you might find this. Pack and dress accordingly, and always check the weather before you head out.
