Having done Hole in the Mountain peak on the 10th in good weather, we spent most of the 11th trying to find a spot in Nevada that was somewhat storm free as the weather of the 10th turned ugly that night. Driving half way across Nevada, we found the Reveille Mountain range in a good weather hole and we headed for Reveille Peak. It turned out to be a good choice as despite bad weather all around us, we only had minimal rain to contend with prior to our hike to the summit of this interesting peak. Thanks to Richard Carey for his very helpful trip report that he provided. Did this with Dennis Poulin.
