Great day out...Rainy cloudy all the way up to the summit. All the usual "tourists" off the train on top. Battle with seagulls for sandwiches. Can't see squat. On the way down - 50yards from the top - cloud lifts and awesome views all the way down!!

Only a couple of timesEven though I lived in North Wales for a while, I have only completed this route 3 or 4 times, shame really because it is a very beautiful route. One winter time I remember a whole appearing in the cloud and seeing the summit of Snowdon as clear as crystal in the winter air.
