You know, Kathy, early in the morning when all is quiet and only the herons and the ospreys are out, I think the Gorge actually is out of a picture book and is almost as pretty as anyplace I've ever seen. We are lucky to have this tucked into the mad region of concrete, steel, and asphalt we inhabit.
