Not bad.

I would like to see more data on how to get to the summit. Is the Robertson Mountain Trail marked?

This page also badly needs photos.

How can I? You have not provided any photos or adequate information? What about topo coordinates or a topo map?

Why don't you look at my pages from Shenandoah as a guide to what needs to be included.

Good updates. See my updated comments about clarifying the route. Photos are really needed, so expect poor votes without them. SP is kind of an elitist club sometimes, so I apologize if we seem like buttwipes! However, when I started putting up pages, they weren't so good, but I learned over time how to do good pages. Good luck on the photos!

It's a good start for your first mountain page, but it needs a lot more information. Take a look at some other SP pages to see what level of detail is expected. A couple specific critiques: if you plug in lat/long coordinates on the edit mountain page (remembering that longitude for the USA is negative), you'll get a link to a topozone map. This is critical. Also, you really need a couple of photos at least. I realize that SNP peaks aren't all that photogenic, but there needs to be something.

Here is a topozone link to get you started. It's a nice area. Let me know when you've changed things and I'll up my vote.

Welcome to SP. It's good to see more east-coasters.

Needs more work. Put "Under Construction" at the top if you are still working.

Directions, Maps, etc.

To answer hgrapid's questions. The Robertson Mountain Trail is marked at both ends with concrete posts (as are all trails in SNP) that have metal bands on them indicating the distances and directions to significant intersections and places along each of the trails/roads radiating out from said posts. PATC map 10 is the best map for the area (waterproof even!) and can be had for $6 at local stores and at SNP entrance stations, including the one at the Old Rag parking lot. They also give out a free map at the Old Rag parking lot that covers a wide enough area to include Robertson Mountain.

Photos

There are a lot of comments here from people who think there should be more photos on this page. Obviously none of those commenting have offered any photos, and I would bet none of them have even attempted to take any photos of Robertson Mountain - It is not easy to get any sort of decent photo of this mountain (which is fairly unspectacular from any viewpoint other than right there on the trail).
