Routes View from the Lake at 12,200'

This small, very scenic lake at the base of Ruby Mountain is also a good base for accessing several route options on Ruby.

Visible here are the sandy-colored scree gully (Class 2, right) and the rock and cliff bands (Class 3-4, left) that lead to the crest of Ruby's eastern ridge.
