for our feeling the coldest temperature was approximately -20°Celsius with some wind, which means that the chill factor was around -30°Celsius!

Cold is cold, but it depends on what you find is normal. I live in the mountains, so it was -20°C on my front porch this morning!
Supposed to be -24°C tomorrow.
