Some Snow but Nice!
The whole east side has lots of snow patches - some are a slog but slushy by late morning. Bring good shades or you’ll go snowblind!

Beautiful!
It is a great hike, even in this drought year. I will say that it took us longer than we expected, due to parts of the trail that traversed talus slopes and tongues. Ah well, a reason to go back and hike it again.
