How many...square feet without the porch/patio?

Re: How many...It's 8'x 9' = 72 sq ft interior, and 5'6" x 9'6" porch, enough to bunk in, and enough to put a table and 5 chairs on.
The frame lumber is 3"x 2". With roof joists 6" x 2". For longevity in our damp climate, the lumber is all pressure treated (tanalised), and further preserving wax spraycoat on the panelling.
Corner posts are 4" x 4". And there is a "hoss hitchin' rail" to go between - no kiddin'. All I gotta do is get one of the hosses from the farmer's field out in back. Hahahha.
Time to get the coffee and beenz on !
