San Mateo County highpoint

When this home was finally built and completed, the area surrounding the county highpoint was totally off limits to anyone. Protected by an electrified fence and sensors, the homeowner kept the highpoint from visitation unless you were part of a tour, agreeable to the homeowner and arranged by Loro P., a state park ranger who had an amicable relationship with the homeowner. Those tours may no longer be available. 12-5-04
