SarrouyèsNot sure we've got the Sarrouyès on it, Rafa :) he is too small and was probably hidden by the Parraouis on your other picture. As for the Aret, he is difficultly recognizeable from the back because his shape is not very familliar from the south... However he looks similar to this picture (right end) where I clearly identified him

Re: SarrouyèsIt's a confusion with the name, the peak that appears in this picture is Sarroues (2835m) according with the map, and it's not Sarrouyes (2676m). I finded Sarrouyes at North of Lustou and it's a differente peak. The Pic d'Aret is easy to find in the map and in the image that you've send to me and it's always present in the route to Lustou in the other side of the valley.

Re: SarrouyèsThe "Sarroues" is indeed a little prominent part of the SW ridge of the Aret (we see it well when climbing it from Tramezaigues), I don't know if it's really worth being considered as a "peak"... (for sure, not more than what differenciate the Eriste N to the S :)

Re: SarrouyèsIt's not really important, I write two names to make easy locate the Aret in this image... Sarroues in left and Aret in right. It's only a picture.

Re: SarrouyèsI know, I was just a bit joking... Your picture is very interesting because it shows this peak very well under an unusual angle. You can be sure it will be in good place when the page will be made ! :)
