Re: Greetings - Afzal ?Thank you very much for your nice comments on my satpara lake photo. The lake is near to Skardu city, is one of the hidden pearls of Baltistan. Its emerald waters gleaming in the sun, it lies at the foot of a majestic mountain. An island in its centre makes a lovely summer picnic spot.

I really love it!Afzal - how about smimming in the water.
Is it allowed OR permitted?
In Arizona, we have many swimmers. First,
they set up camp. Then, go swimming, AND
have a very LARGE picnic afterwards.

Re: I really love it!The swimming in the lake is not allowed by the Government authoraties due to the depth of the lake and off-course safety of the people.
