Re: Looking Sharp!

Those mountain spires of Scokista look incredible indeed and when you imagine that some of their cliffs if not the most of them are still unclimbed...

Wow!

Why is not the most photographed peak in Europe? Looks beautiful! I can imagine sunrise touching the summit early in the morning..

Re: Wow!

Good question... and I think it is that what Prokletije is all about. Mountain treasures stull waiting for a real exploration.

Pozdro!

amazing!

This spire and another one in its neighbourhood were actually first climbed by a Polish expedition in August 2010! I know one of those guys, he climbed that 2nd spire.
Great photo.

Re: amazing!

Yep, all true Kamil. I saw some photodocumentary from their expedition. Brave guys. I am coming back to Prokletije around September this year and what's worth to be mentioned here is that the area just on feet of those mighty spires is one of the most brilliant bivouac sites I've ever seen.

Thanks a lot for your comments. I'll organize those photos into one album and post more of that stuff from those magic mountains tomorrow, specially for your enjoyment ;)
