... on the Sharkstooth page. Nice one!
Thanks, Nelson! I'm flattered.
Thanks! We were lucky that the clouds opened up for just a couple of minutes when we were about to leave the summit.
the complicity of the clouds proves to be essential for a great photo!
This was certainly one of those times, though the view from Otis is spectacular also with good visibility.
E anche questa è veramente una bellissima foto.
Grazie! La fortuna ha assistito: le nubi si sono squarciate giusto per il tempo di scattare qualche foto.
I have to go there!! This looks like one of the most amazing places in colorado, and that is saying something!!!
Yes, it's a beautiful place, and the NE ridge of Sharkstooth is a very nice moderate route (5.6). There's plenty of choices in the vicinity for hikes, scrambles, and technical climbs.
around the summit! Very nice!
Thanks! The clouds broke just long enough for us to snap a few pictures. We were lucky.
i lke that, brenta.
Thanks! It was really a lucky shot.
That's the best photo of the Sharks Tooth that I've ever seen. Thanks for posting it!
Thanks! I'm glad you liked it. It was definitely a case of being in the right place at the right moment.
What is the peak to the immediate left? Is that The Sabre (or Saber)? Thanks.
Yes, it's the Saber. The Petit Grepon is between Sharkstooth and Saber, but it is to low to be seen from Otis.
Great shot Brenta,
Do you have this in a larger size? I'd like to set it as my desktop background!
